It should be possible for a node to set another node or a set of nodes as broadcast routes.

This replaces #12, since such a multi-message system delivery wouldn't be scalable and promises to become quite messy with a flat a non-hierarchical nodes structure.

A node configured to be a broadcast route will be able to forward the messages to all the nodes configured to be connected to it.
