Add .nova to gitignore
To enable the crystal formatting, the extension saves the crystal path
to a .nova folder. These paths are specific to my computer so I don't
need to store them in the repo

Setting up the project

  1. Install required dependencies
  2. Update database settings in config/database.cr
  3. Run script/setup
  4. Run lucky dev to start the app
